Risk taking is not just being a dare devil. Risk taking can also be defined as doing something without knowing what the outcome is going to be, creating risk. Risk Taking

I started my eagle project in Fall 2010 without knowing what the outcome would be. All I had visualized was only a greenhouse At the beginning of summer, I had to make the risk of making the final decision, what kind of greenhouse and what I want the courtyard to look like. Why am I a risk taker?

You need to have great confidence in yourself to be successful. At the beginning and through my whole eagle project my confidence grew and grew. At first I didn’t even have a great deal of confidence. My confidence kept on growing when more things were being accomplished. Confidence

I faced a few challenges through my eagle project. Not having enough people at a workday causing longer working hours. The winter and spring months where no work was being done besides me emailing people all over the US about prices and supplies. And getting machinery into the courtyard. Challenges I faced

After one year of hard work I had completed my Eagle Project. It took about 400 man-hours for me and volunteers to finish About 56 volunteers helped me overall. The End of the Project
