To improve the data of the Student Records (Registry) Database (QL). ◦ Correct students being taught on courses ◦ Students who are attending have paid their fees ◦ Students are timetabled correctly for examinations ◦ Funding return for December, so the University gets the correct funding ◦ Full backing of Senior Management

Checks should be carried out during the Week beginning 10th November and not before. This is when student records will be up to date. Check down to Module level. Span should be 12 weeks, i.e. Only changes since the last data check will show. ◦ This means that if a department reported the withdrawal of a student in the last 12 weeks, and everything else is the same. The department would only need to confirm that this student has withdrawn.
