Tim Hodson timhodson@herefordshire.gov.uk Responsive ‘Responsivity’ is a two way process. Users can respond to our data. We can add a new service in a matter of weeks, in response to our user’s needs. If a user sees us as useful, they will come back, and they will bring their friends.
