1. Accessing your HEAR Register with Gradintel on the link provided on your registration email. You will receive this in semester 2 of 2014. If you are eligible and do not receive an email by the end of semester 2 of 2014 please contact us at hear@keele.ac.ukhear@keele.ac.uk

2. Accessing your HEAR Once you have received your registration email from Gradintel please click on the link to follow the registration process and choose your user name and password.

3. Accessing your HEAR Once you have completed your registration please visit www.gradintel.com to log onwww.gradintel.com You will be prompted to change your contact email address to your personal email account

5. Accessing your HEAR Once in University Services select My HEAR To view your HEAR click View my HEAR

6. Sharing your HEAR You can share your HEAR by clicking on Share my HEAR which will send an electronic token via email
