All rights Reserved. 3 Allocation Outcomes 1.Allocation on D+1 meter readings -No need for an AQ from Shipper perspective -Estimated readings could be based on D+1 readings from other sites in same customer class -SOQ required for transportation charging purposes – could be based on weather corrected peak demand 2.Current Allocation process Improved -AQ could continue to form basis of estimation and allocation process -AQ should represent most up to date view of consumption

All rights Reserved. 4 Nexus AQ Requirements Transition Arrangements -Need to maintain arrangements for dumb meters -Ensure changes in consumption reflected in AQ -Rolling AQ as developed in 209 would facilitate this Enduring Arrangements (if AQ required) -CCP will deliver additional volumes of data -This should be used to ensure that AQ is as accurate as possible -Rolling AQ would facilitate this and improve initial energy allocation
