Qualifications and Credit Framework Three sizes of qualifications oAwards (1-12 credits) oCertificates (13 – 36 credits) oDiplomas (37 or more) Each qualification title will contain the following oLevel of the qualification oSize of the qualification oDetails indicating the content of the qualification By looking at the title you will be able to tell its difficulty, how long it will take average learner to complete, and its general content

Prince’s Trust Qualifications The Prince's Trust is recognised by the qualification regulators in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to develop, offer and award qualifications

External Verifier The representative from the Awarding Organisation– Prince’s Trust Qualifications Reviews the quality of assessment and verification decisions carried out within and between centres by the use of systematic sampling Ensures assessment decisions are valid and reliable Advises assessors and internal verifiers on areas of best practice

Centre approval There are two routes for gaining centre approval: A fast track system for centres already recognised by other awarding organisations and offering programmes in similar sectors to the work of The Trust A system for new centres
