8 Standards ADEE & FGDP(UK) standards. Developed in partnership ~ academic, CS’s, students. Taught in Simulated Dental Learning Environment (phantom head) Practised on clinic – overseen by Clinical Supervisors ~ results recorded on Form K

10 Form K Modification of Birmingham rating system Categories ~ –Competent : - able to complete task independently –Learner: -Completed task, needed help & assistance –N.I.R.: - needed immediate remediation on clinic –Observer: -Assisted in provision of treatment –Remediation: - needs formal remediation
