Content Areas Used to organise all course (module) materials Menu Content Areas are visible here. (Non content areas e.g. announcements and discussion board in this example are found under Course Tools. It provides a way of adding resources to Content Areas

Course Tools The Course Tools area is for managing communication & collaboration tools. It is also the place where you can go to manage integrated external tools e.g. TurnitinUK

Course Options Add new Content Areas, Tools & Links to your menu Manage Course Design Access for your students, guests & observers Course Settings (Change course name, allow guest access, etc) Course Cartridges (import content created elsewhere for BB) Copy & archive courses
