3. Select Global Reports Select Departmental Reports Select Transactions – No VAT Select Queries covering all department Work orders

4. Enter Search Parameters – i.e. Work Order number Select Search

5. Choose columns to modify view Copy to clipboard to transfer data to Excel Scroll across for further information

6. Search parameters can be modified. There may be more than one page to view. Older transactions appear first Select individual transactions for detailed information
