6 CONTEXTUALISING CURRENT INFLUENCES ON HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE SERVICE DELIVERY Proposed Aims Develop students' critical awareness and ability to analyse critically the multidimensional factors that impinge upon service delivery within the current climate of health care provision. Explore the broader context of professional issues that influence individuals working within a specialist practice role. 7 DIAGNOSIS & DISEASE TRAJECTORY IN MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS Proposed Aims Equip the student with the in-depth knowledge and understanding of the pathology, clinical features and disease progression associated with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. Develop the student's ability to evaluate critically the relevant diagnostic criteria and indicators of progression. Develop the student's ability to reflect critically upon their clinical decision making.
