Living Justice, Loving Mercy, Serving Christ Trauma counseling is a critical component of this outreach Phase II: Stress debriefing seminars were held for 67 community leaders along with World Renew COs - They were then trained in psychological first aid to recognize signs of trauma and provide counseling

24.  “The CFW project not only had immediate benefits, but it also restored and healed groups of friends, neighbors and families.  After the devastation caused by the typhoon, it was therapeutic for people to restore the village in which they lived and reclaim what was taken from them.  With their earnings, people bought nutritious foods for their families, purchased medicine, started small businesses, and purchased materials to rebuild damaged housing. ”
