5.  You will be given a minimum of 4 days notice of a test  Expected that you will attend test  Practice assignments must be completed  May be rescheduled for  Doctor/Specialist appointment  Illness on test date  Family emergency  Funeral  Rescheduled tests must be done Thursdays at Lunch

6.  Reasons that are not acceptable to miss test  Not properly prepared for test  Birthday (or other) celebration  Shopping trip

7.  Please be familiar with the school’s policy on attendance  While I recognize there is a life outside of school, you do need to be here as much as possible  Your responsibility to catch up on material lost

8.  Expect to spend 3-4 hours a week outside of class time (on average)  Will set up calendar outside class room indicating times when you can come for extra help  Please let me know if you intend to come  Type of course that works well if you can work with someone else to bounce off ideas  At the same time, need to make sure you are able to answer questions by yourself
