Project began in the fall of 2002 as a result of a long range planning session. It is part of the RVDA’s long range goals. A proactive program rather than a reactive one. The Program was divided into three Categories. 1.It is designed to address our pressing need for people of all ages to look at our industry as a viable career opportunity and not a part time job. 2.It is designed to help the RVDA of Canada and its members become leaders within our industry in career education and recruitment. 3.And most importantly, it is designed to get more people to become aware and interested in the RV industry.

We created a three part program for recruitment: 1. To attract high school students, re: Career Pathways Program. 2.To attract young people out of College, University and Trade Schools; students approximately 18 to 30 years of age. 3. To attract an older generation who are looking for a career or lifestyle change, approximately 30 years and older.
