Roadcall 1.5: User Client Quick Suspension Intervals Suspension intervals can be defined by script, allowing users to select from a pre-defined list of times (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours) Event Information Icons Within an open event, users can now easily access event audit details, event messages, user comments, and user- invoked actions using the quick launch icons Keyword Fields Keywords will now create their own column within the user client. This allows for each keyword column to be sorted. The keyword search filters through all the keyword columns

Roadcall 1.5: Enrich Sublet (Component) Parts Sublet parts information can be searched for and added to the unit component list for warranty tracking. Users can also ‘replace’ and ‘delete’ existing component parts Vendor Management Vendors selected through one of the TP directories are now automatically added to the enrich database Before a vendor is added, a duplicate vendor search is performed, by comparing the vendor’s GEO code. The “Pay To Vendor” can also be set based on the TP directory used

Roadcall 1.5: Enrich…2 Retail Customer Retail (Cash) customers can be searched for and added Email Context Employee types, along with an email address, can be defined and for referenced scripting purposes. (e.g., shop manager, rental manager) Work Order Lines Using the VMRS search or the Roadcall Line types, Work Order Lines are now automatically created

Roadcall 1.5: Enrich…3 New Panels Work Roster: Work Roster details are available, and users can ‘drag & drop’, roster entries onto the open work order Metric History: Historical metric readings, with option to view ‘all’ or ‘current’ Repair History: Displays all equipment repair history, with the ability to default a VMRS code for repetitive repair visibility. Additionally, the Vendor or Facility is also displayed
