11.  His solution: make French feel comfortable everywhere in Canada – all Crown Corporations, Federal Gvt agencies, and courts would be fully bilingual throughout Canada  In 1969 the Official Languages Act is passed by Parliament ▪ Canada becomes a bilingual country
