Gateway Program Mundy Creek Implementation Excavation complete for loop channel. LWD placement on loop channel complete. Riparian planting on north leg of channel loop (primarily hardhack and salmonberry) complete. Excavation of the channel extension has been initiated but not complete pending approval from the utilities and regulatory agencies. Hydraulic connection anticipated for summer 2010.

Gateway Program Mundy Creek - Implementation Excavation has been undertaken to ensure the channel and banks are roughly textured leaving a high proportion of overlying organic soil in place to provide an organic growing medium for plants.
