4 Our Workplan Step Six and Seven: Client & Financial Perspective Outcomes September - October Define Department of Medicine’s ‘strategic outcomes’ by perspective Client Pillar Financial Pillar Internal Operational Processes Pillar Organizational Capacity Pillar Step Eight: Strategy Map Development & Presentation November Prepare Strategic Plan and Strategy Map document Present to Guiding Coalition Committee Step Nine: Balanced Scorecard Development November - December Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop department scorecard, in direct alignment to Strategy Map Update the Strategic Plan to incorporate balanced scorecard Step Two: Final Plan December Prepare and submit a final Strategic Plan Summary Report Launch of Strategic Plan
