1 Moving Up to COMMANDbatch
David Osbun Ext: 5134

2 Session Objective This session is for customers with Spectrum, Eagle, Integra, and Auto-Control Batch Systems who are interested in migrating to COMMANDbatch. The Presenter will outline the processes involved for converting each system and the requirements to Implement the migration. The numerous benefits to moving up to COMMANDbatch from your existing system. Moving up to COMMANDbatch from Spectrum, Eagle, Integra, and Auto-Control Batch Systems

3 Why Change ?? The main reason to migrate to COMMANDbatch is to move to the features and benefits that have a significant impact on the plants Productivity, Profit and Performance. The secondary reason to move is the End of Life that will be coming for the legacy Batch Systems starting at end of this year. Moving up to COMMANDbatch from Spectrum, Eagle, Integra, and Auto-Control Batch Systems

4 Spectrum – Eagle Conversion
The Spectrum V4,V6 and Eagle Systems can be converted to COMMANDbatch The conversion process is not complex but will require CAI Sales Contact to work with Batch Plant Manger to review existing plant to see if any major changes have taken place over time Retrieve Data Back-up of current system and send to CAI Moving up to COMMANDbatch from Spectrum, Eagle, Integra, and Auto-Control Batch Systems

5 Spectrum – Eagle Conversion
Contact Sales Representative Request Quote for System # Order Conversion Back-Up System and send to CAI CMB PC with v/RTC shipped to your Plant Project Manager Reviews Order with Plant Manger and Schedules Install Technician Installs and Training 3 Days Moving up to COMMANDbatch from Spectrum, Eagle, Integra, and Auto-Control Batch Systems

29 Features and Benefits COMMANDbatch offers the most secure and user friendly remote batch option The driver is required to be the interlock device to let the remote batch person know he is at the plant , under the chute and ready for the load. An emergency switch is on the box in case he was not lined up. The remote operator has mouse control of all the manual plant functions so that if extra water, aggregate, cement etc. is required the control is at the batch persons finger tips. Remote batch savings have been cited at a few thousand per year to over $50 K per year per site. Moving up to COMMANDbatch from Spectrum, Eagle, Integra, and Auto-Control Batch Systems
