3 Meet the Chaplain Rev. Tim Nethercott was ordained in the United Church following careers in Book Publishing, teaching English and working with refugees. He has worked and studied in Europe and Asia. Tim’s iterestes include Contemplative Spirituality, Multi-Faith dialogue, music and cycling.

5 What the Campus Ministry Does The Campus Ministry reaches a large audience from our office in the Multi-Faith Chaplains’ Centre at U of C. Below you can see what we were doing in 2008.

6 Pastoral Care Open-door Counseling & hundreds of lunches both semesters for Students.

7 Worship We held services both on and off-Campus in 2008.

8 Outreach We reach a large audience through Drumming and the Multi-Faith Labyrinth.

9 Teaching We are part of the intellectual life of the University: Writing, Lectures and Public Speaking.

10 Pastoral Networking The Chaplain ministers to an extensive network of Young Adults.

14 The Campus Ministry is funded entirely by the Churches and by individuals. In ‘08 the Campus Ministry had 50-60 individual donors and raised $10,000. In 2008 the Campus Ministry received a special gift of $12,000 from the Logos Education Society (Logos Christian Schools). We’d like you to know… 

15 Our goal is to raise $30,000 annually. 
