1. 1 Step 2: The left-hand navigation pane appears. Select Current Orders. Step 1: From the EST home page, select another service (For example, Lettermail). Issue: The Unaddressed Admail screen is missing the left-hand navigation pane and you therefore cannot access your Current Orders. Workaround: Navigate to any other mailing screen and the left-hand navigation pane will appear, allowing you to select Current Orders.

2. 2 Issue: On the address books screen, your address books appear to be missing. Workaround: Select the Search button (as shown below) to bring up your address books.

3. 3 Issue: VentureOne customers have a blank ‘profile’ and therefore cannot ship in EST Online. Workaround: Select the Change button and fill in the Mailed on Behalf of and Paid By fields, as shown below.
