The following demo demonstrates features and benefits of the Fasfold CNC controller when retrofitted to a new or used Pressbrake. It can be retrofitted to Nut stop as well as Hydraulic stop machines from 1 to 4 axis It can utilize AC or DC servo control There are 39 slides Use the left mouse click to go to the next slide. Use the Backspace key to go to the previous slide. You can also run the actual Fasfold program from your desktop. It uses a 15 “color touch screen which makes it lightning fast to alter or enter things.

By pressing collusions Bend sequence can be set Automatically to avoid collusions This is the 5th fold done third

This is the 4th fold done forth By touching the numbers below you can step through the folds quickly without material or time waste Each fold can be simulated and inspected

It is quick to work out the fastest method by changing sequence or Folding from rear rather than front of material This is the 3rd fold done last

The dimensions and angles can also be fine tuned here

The Job name button is used to enter a new name

Alphanumeric names can be given

Use Open and Save to save or open Jobs from the Library

Use these to scroll to the next/previous page Select the appropriate Job by pressing on it

-Sign indicates bend is done from the back of the material Angle Trim value The job opens with ALL relevant data – Bend Sequence, Right tool & Die, correct V, Material thickness and width, which bends was done inserting material from the back etc.

Blue (-) indicates fold done from the bottom Blue (-) indicates fold done from the back

Press on the DIE to go to the Die screen

Draw up a new Die by entering the first V Width on the left, Then the angle in this column, Then which side it is on 1,2,3 or 4, Then the distance from the edge Then the height, width and tool name You can also press open to select a Die previously saved Finally press save to store it in the library

Select the Die needed for the job by pressing on the Die Use these to scroll to the next/previous page

Press on the Tool to go to the Tool library

Press Download to send the Data to the PLC on the machine Jobs can also be downloaded from the office

Valves X and Y calibration Backgauge (X) Motor, encoder and limit switches This is used for Diagnostics. All inputs and outputs change between green and red. It is easy to locate problems Ramgauge (Y) Motor, encoder and limit switches Top and Mute switches Foot switches
