Yes, our youth face challenges Homeless (98%), Drug and alcohol (69%), Mental health (53%), Legal issues (41%), Family violence (48%), Aboriginal (11%), Health problems (42%), Disability (16%), CALD background (48%), Anger management (27%), DHS involvement (27%), Gambling (11%), GLBTIQ (25%), Caring for sibling or parent (30%).

The program Integrated, flexible, wrap-around Vocational training (Cert I & II) On-the-job training & mentoring Life and professional skilling Case management & coordination of specialist services (accommodation, drug and alcohol, mental health, legal)

So far... 52 youth 30,000+ hrs of support, training, work Served 340,000 coffees & meals Most move into hospitality jobs or apprenticeships Now have 3 cafes in inner Melbourne & ready for further expansion Building a sustainable model
