2. Taking of Kicks From the Penalty Mark  After the break make sure that both teams have equal number of players before you proceed. If a team needs to reduce the number of players the captain of the team needs to let the referee know which player will not be taking part before the kicks commence.  The only players to be on the field of play are the ones that finished the game and they must be within the Centre Circle with the exemption of both goal keepers.
