The Residence Halls are the recommended and preferred home for over 75% of UCR’s freshman class. On-Campus housing is guaranteed for two years to all newly-admitted, single students who live in the Residence Halls for their entire first year and continue to meet all housing deadlines

Triples There are a limited number of triple occupancy rooms available in the Residence Halls at a discounted rate. The triple room discount is $150 per quarter at East Lothian, $300 per quarter at A-I, and $300 per quarter at Pentland Hills. Triple rooms are same gender, except where noted in optional Special Interest areas. Suites This double-occupancy living arrangement is only available at Pentland Hills. Suites cost an additional $300 per quarter. Suites are same gender, except where noted in optional Special Interest areas.
