Will Basden 60° 60° 5 Height to head=60÷12=5 feet Special Right Triangles Long leg=short leg*√3 4*√3=long leg 4√3+5=5+4√3 feet. The height to the square is 5+4√3 feet. 4 Trigonometry Tan 60=x/4 4*tan 60=x x=6.93 6.93+5≈11.93 The height to the square is about 11.93 feet.
