6.  Smart Board to play Aiken Drum vs. CD player.  Web-site blocked  Students made up own verses to song.  Interactive lesson despite technological difficulties.

8.  The class was organized in centers. Five to four students in a center. If students disrupted their car was moved to the yellow for a warning. If the behavior persisted, their car was moved to the red.

9.  Letter Magnets on cookie sheet  They LOVED writing on the white boards!!  Writing word wall words on note cars with markers  ABC Bingo was definitely a fan favorite! *Basically I brought in different art media for children to write with and even though it may have been the same activity they eagerly participated.
