Where to start? The first time you log in My Current WorkIcons To log on, open your internet browser. Type in your web address for i-GRasp e.g, xxxxxxs://training.i-grasp.com/admintraining/ and press enter Enter your username and password and click on the log in button. If you cannot remember your password, type in your username and click on the ? or ‘password reminder’. A password reminder email will be sent to your inbox Save the web address for future use by clicking on Favourites in the Internet Browser menu bar. Click on Add to Favourites and rename the default label Click on My Details on the left hand side of your screen to update your personal/contact details. Check that your email address has been entered correctly and update it if required. Click Save to keep any of the changes you made. Change your password by clicking on the Password page on the right hand side of your screen. Remember, it is case sensitive. Clicking on Current Work on the Left Hand Navigation Bar will take you to the home page of i-GRasp. Current Work displays your current portfolio of work. From here you can access information quickly and easily with a single click. Current Work is made up of the following sections: positions, applications and interviews. These can be seen on the right hand side of your screen. Displays all draft, request approval or live positions in which your involvement is needed. You must be on the ‘Team’ of a position in order for your positions to be displayed Displays all applications across all positions. You may want to use the application filters by selecting the relevant one from the View Applicants drop down on top of your screen and clicking Go Displays any of your interviews taking place in the next 7 days and interviews that have taken place and require your action Displays details of any applicants who have been made an Offer against any of your positions. These can be filtered by candidate name, offer type and candidates who have now been hired Displays messages from the Superusers. If there are any un-read messages, the label will appear as New News and will revert back to News once all messages are read Here is a brief explanation of what the icons mean. If you hover your mouse over the icon, a short description will be displayed. Takes you to the list of applicants for the relevant position (if, it means changes have been made to applicants) Displays the applicant’s summary (e.g. name, contact details, current position & salary, answers to questions) Displays the original CV that the applicant has submitted Displays additional documents the candidate has uploaded i.e. cover letters, photos etc Displays the answers to the application/branching questions (if applicable), scores can be added to the questions here Indicates that the candidate has applied to more than 1 position. It takes you to the candidate’s track record / history of applications Indicates that the candidate has or has had an interview. It takes you to the candidate’s history of interviews Indicates that the candidate has applied to more than 1 position and the details have been modified in the last 7 days Displays notes/comments that recruiters or line managers have added against the candidate record (if, it means a new note/comment has been added) i-GRasp Quick Start Displays notes/comments made by an Agency Displays the Capability Matrix

Creating a new position To add a new position: Click Add under the Positions section on the left hand navigation bar A Position Details page appears on the right hand side Enter the information as appropriate. Press Save On saving you will notice that additional pages appear on the right hand side of the screen In Description the template job description will appear (if selected from the position details page). There are four standard sections that will be displayed on all your sources; and three others which you can use to publish additional information on specific sources. The Sound Byte can be used to capture a ‘head/strap-line’ of information that will encourage the candidate to view the job description. Team is where you allocate the team of internal people who will be involved in the hiring process (recruiters, authorisers, hiring managers, interviewers etc.) Sources is where you assign the sources (e.g. websites, intranet, job boards, agencies) you want to use to attract applicants Screening, Application and Branching Questions can be allocated to a position to allow for the screening of candidates and prove to be very useful when you are looking for quality or specific requirements in the applications. i-GRasp Quick Start
