SAUL consultation - timeline 9 th March 2012 - Statutory consultation ended 214 responses – 148 active members of which 64 were UCL employees UCL in agreement with the proposed changes 19 th March 2012 - SAUL Negotiating Committee (NC) met 22 nd March 2012 - NC met the Trustees Trustees and NC agree to proceed with the proposed changes - 1 st July 2012 Unison to consult further with its members NC agree that all non-regular overtime will be pensionable in CARE scheme 3 rd April 2012 – SAUL to issue member notification to employers 16 th April 2012 - week commencing Web pages updated Week@ UCL article 1 st July 2012 – Proposed changes implemented New members enter the CARE scheme
