4. SWBAT:  4.12.3 Facilitate a discussion  7.12.1 Cite strong evidence that backs up your argument.

5. Format:  10-15 minutes of the inside circle discussing.  5 minute feedback from the outside circle.  SWITCH groups.  10-15 minutes of the inside circle discussing.  5 minute feedback from the outside circle.  Every time you speak, you will take one starburst from the middle of the circle. When you have FOUR starbursts, you are not allowed to speak anymore.
