Organizational Health Increased annual performance appraisals for staff from 63.5% in 2009 to 97% in 2011. Faculty continue using the Comprehensive Faculty Evaluation Process (CFEP) for review. Grievance procedures for both staff and faculty are available and clear in the employee and faculty handbooks. Evaluation of staff and faculty salaries are reviewed on an on-going basis by Human Resources and the Office of the Provost.
