Planning Clear introduction to purpose of planning production. WHY DO WE PLAN Produce a detailed flowchart with inputs, processes and outputs. Produce a production plan showing how your product will be produced in the school workshop. For each stage include a stage number, title, diagram, a written description with details of materials and components, material preparation, health and safety, and quality assurance. Quality Control Use the stage numbers and headings from your production plan to draw up a quality control checklist. For each stage include the title, describe the risk, rate the risk (high, medium, low), suggest a control measure and level space for verification.
