Collegiate Section Requirements Officers include one President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer SWE Section Counselor MUST be a paid SWE member in good standing The Counselor shall be considered a non-voting member of the Collegiate Section Purpose is to be a liaison between collegiate members and professionals
