Added value of NHS OH and OHPs misunderstood General practice, outsourcing, redundancies etc Need to grasp the initiative – an influencing campaign in 2014 Develop a policy line, with a series of key messages, reinforced by case studies An early workshop to clarify the unique contribution and develop the messaging – involve external ‘critical friends’ eg.
