Expressions of interest invited from Leadership group members interested in being a mentor/mentee List of mentors/mentees and areas of expertise established Matching of mentors and mentees carried out Feedback has indicated successful results using a variety of techniques – shadowing, face to face meetings, emails, phone calls 2012 Stage 2 is to include other target groups such as Head Teachers and new teachers.
