More than you imagine www.sit.nsw.edu.au AQTF 2010 Training and assessment services are conducted by trainers and assessors who: a)have the necessary training and assessment competencies as determined by the National Quality Council or its successors, ANDnecessary training and assessment competencies as determined by the National Quality Council or its successors, b) have the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered or assessed, AND

5. More than you imagine www.sit.nsw.edu.au National Quality Council (NQC) /“it is not the NQC’s intention to require trainers and assessors to upgrade their formal qualifications if they are able to demonstrate they have gained the required competencies through continued professional practice”

More than you imagine www.sit.nsw.edu.au Continued Professional Practice /“Continued professional practice” may assist staff with a previous version of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to demonstrate equivalent competencies /must be a clear and verified relationship between trainer/assessor experience and learning and units /modules /documented process developed supported by relevant records
