2. Changes from 11-12 to 12-13 The minimum size of a subgroup for AMO reporting will be 30. This is different from the previous minimum size of 40. Participation rate will continue to be included as a component of AMO reporting. However, there will now be consequences for not meeting a minimum 95% participation rate.

3. Goal The AMO targets were set with the goal to: Reduce the percentage of non-proficient students by one-half within six years (by 2016-2017).
