3 Feasibility Study Proposed Solution – General Overview Install Linux Based Operating System running on a basic PC workstation or laptop Source / Install Linux Compatible USB TV Tuner Install Linux Drivers / Software for USB TV Tuner Connect TV Output Device (either a PC monitor or standard TV screen)

4 Feasibility Study Proposed Solution – Cost Estimate Budget Laptop - $1,000 USB TV Tuner - $150 Linux Operating System – FREE Installation / Testing - $1,000 (5 x $200 per day)
