According to the Princeton Dictionary, the definition of the word destiny is- an event or course of events that will inevitably happen in the future.
Q: Do you believe in destiny? What do you think yours is?

2. Our Next Unit…. Growth and Expansion: “Manifest Destiny”
Some believed that it was the United States’ destiny to expand across the North American Continent…. No Matter What!
Conflict with… environment, Native Americans, Slavery, and War!

The first census- official count of population- revealed a population of 4 million with most living east of the Appalachian mountains.
Within 30 years, population had grown to nearly 10 million with 2 million living west of the Appalachian’s!
