Astereotype is a general opinion, belief or idea of what a particular person is like because they belong to a certain group, sex, race, community, religion or culture or because they have certain qualites or abilites. Stereotypes are untrue and unfair !

3 Stereotypes are untrue, unreal and unfair.
Are stereotypes true ? No, they aren´t Stereotypes are untrue, unreal and unfair. We are real !

4 Stereotypes lead to discrimination
The stereotype of models shows thin, anorexic girls. A Tv commercial showed a model who is very beautiful but plump. The commercial was taken out of the air. Stereotypes lead to discrimination

5 The teenager stereotypes
Shows a person who is… LAZY A BOTHER REBEL They like… GOING OUT. SLEEPING They don´t like… STUDYING DOING HOMEWORK

6 The real GIRLS Are… Tall, thin, short, plump, dark skinned, they have hair and eyes of a wide variety of colours and shapes..

7 Tall,thin, short,plump, dark skinned ,with many hair and eye colours.
Boys The real Are… Tall,thin, short,plump, dark skinned ,with many hair and eye colours.

8 DEMI LOVATO Does not represent the “American girl” stereotype because she is plump and medium-high. She´s got brown eyes and dark hair CAMP ROCK THE JONAS BROTHER Although they are from USA, they don´t look like the “American boy” stereotype because they are medium high, they have got brown eyes and dark hair. They have latin origins

9 Are we really like these models ?

10 We are real ! we are beautiful!
Tv. Does not show what we really are: blond, thin, blue-eyed girls are always present on TV and boys are generally strong and well-built, dark-haired and light-eyed. NEWS FLASH We are real ! we are beautiful! we are unique... We are not like the stereotyped models.
