3. Fundamental training of high-qualified specialists in field of informatization of medicine and social sphere. They:  can design, implement and supply the information systems in medical and social facilities;  have the competences to apply information technologies in medicine and social sphere;  can generate and realize their ideas in professional life.

4. Investigation of formation and development of the information society, information properties and characteristics of information processes; Research and development the effective methods for the implementation of information processes and design the information systems in applied areas using ICT; organizing and conducting system analysis and re- engineering of applied information processes, formulation and solving applied problems;

5. Design applied information processes, develop the requirements for the establishment and development of IS and its components; IT-project management of enterprises and organizations, decision-making on the implementation of these projects, the organization and management of the implementation of IT-projects in medicine and social sphere; Quality management of automation solutions applied processes;

6. Organize and manage the information systems life; Training and consulting in the automatization and solving the applied problems in the field of medicine and social sphere.

7. Duration – 2 years (4 semesters); Matches the Russian Education Standards and International Educational Standards in IT-area; Integrated program. It was developed with Department of Social Work and Social Safety (NArFU) and Universities partners of international projects Theory and Methodology of Scientific Research (Julia Petrovskaya, PetrSU); Economics of Software Development (Anthony Okuogume, Kemi-Tornio).

8. Oriented on graduated-students and workers; Use the ECTS; Individual educational trajectories; Russian and English courses; Distant Learning with interactive components (webinars, presentations, projects)
