1. The Purposes of this presentation is to demonstrate the complete YP Quotes workflow. The whole process of completing an order is extremely time efficient and takes around 5 minutes in general. Data storage is as secured as it could be. YP Quotes utilizes all benefits of Cloud Computing including CRM outsourcing and mobile technologies streaming. YP QUOTES

2. 1.0 Creating New Product Click on the Product tab and click New button Simply fill in all the needed fields such as Product name, Category, SKU, etc. and click Save or Save & Add Price. In order for the product to show up in the Configurator, Active and Shippable checkboxes must be checked YP QUOTES

3. 1.1 Creating a Child Product Click the Edit button located in the Child Products section on Product Detail page.

4. 1.2 Creating Product Relationship Select product choice to allow multiple options within one product Choose min, max or default quantity. YP QUOTES

5. 2.0 Creating Leads To create a new lead click on the Leads tab and click the New button. YP QUOTES

6. 2.1 Creating Leads Simply fill in all the needed fields such as Last Name, Company, Lead Status and etc. and click Save or Save & New button YP QUOTES

7. 2.2 Creating Leads Once the lead is confirmed it can be converted into an opportunity Click on the Convert button to convert a lead to an opportunity YP QUOTES

8. 3.0 Creating Opportunities To create a new opportunity go to the Opportunities tab and select the opportunities that were converted from the leads (Chapter 2). YP QUOTES

9. 3.1 Creating Opportunities You can edit or add additional information once you selected your opportunity Once opportunity is finalized you can convert it to a quote by clicking Create Quote button. YP QUOTES

10. 4.0 Creating Quotes To create a new quote go to the Quotes tab and select the quote converted from an opportunity (Chapter 3) YP QUOTES

11. 4.1 Creating Quotes You can edit or add additional information once you selected your quote YP QUOTES

12. 4.2 Creating Quotes - CONFIGURATOR To add products to your quote, select New Quote Line Item button in your quotes page. YP QUOTES

13. 4.3 Creating Quotes - CONFIGURATOR In our Salesforce native configurator you can configure your products and individual line item discounts just like any third parties configurator tools Click Add button once you finished product configuration Click Save Changes button once you configured all products for this particular quote YP QUOTES

14. 4.3.1 Creating Quotes - SHIPPING Here you can fill in all the needed shipping information Click on Save button when finished YP QUOTES

15. 4.4 Creating Quotes Convert quote to order by clicking on Create Order button when the quote is finalized YP QUOTES

16. 5.0 Creating Orders You can edit or add additional information once you selected your order Click on Submit for Approval button once the order is finalized YP QUOTES

17. 5.1 Creating Orders YP QUOTES You can see the pending order approval notifications in the approval manager Home tab. They can be also notified through emails or mobile devices Click on Submit for Approval button once the order is finalized

18. 5.2 Creating Orders Here you can approve or reject the order. YP QUOTES

19. 5.3 Creating Orders – ORDER TRANSFER Once the order is approved you can transfer this order to Oracle or other systems by clicking the Transfer button YP QUOTES
