2 Proposed Venue: Timezone (south-city mall) (Timezone b wling Arena). Proposed Date: 16 th and 17 th Aug 2014. Proposed Entry fee: Rs 3000 per team. Prizes to be won: 1 st prize: Rs 25000. 2 nd prize: Rs 10000.

3 Format: This is an entertainment based event…in which many teams will showcase there “bowling” talent…It will be a two day championship….This championship will have three rounds…and in each round few teams will be shortlisted for the next round…and finally we will get our ultimate winner….

4 PLAYING CONDITIONS: There will b in total three rounds: Round 1 Knockouts Round 2 Semi-Finals Round 3 Grand-Finale

5 Round 1: Knockouts: This round will b played in different sections: For e.g. Say we have 16 teams registered…so these 16 teams will b divided into “Four groups” of “Four teams: Group A: 4 teams Group B: 4 teams Group C: 4 teams Group D: 4 teams Note: Two best teams from each group will qualify for the next round.

6 Round 2: Semi-Finals From Round 1 we will get in total 8 teams …now these 8 teams will be divided into “Two groups” of “four teams” each… Group E: 4 teams Group F: 4 teams Note: Two best teams from each group will advance to the “Grand Finale”.

7 Round 3: Grand Finale From Round 2 we will get our top 4 finalist teams.. Now these 4 teams will fight the battle for the championship and we will get our ultimate “Winner”

8 Branding and promotion: Newspapers Telegraph t2 Printouts Banners Stickers Social media Google Facebook Twitter,etc…..

9 Marketing Expenses: Newspapers : Rs 70000 (approx) Social media: Rs 25000 (approx) Billboards & banners : Rs 70000(approx)

10 Other expenses: Timezone alley booking:Rs 40000(approx) for two days. Miscellaneous expenditure:Rs 45000 (approx) Total expenses: 2.5 lacs….
