Robert’s Halloween Project Halloween History: Halloween means “All Hallows Eve”. It was the night before the All Hallows on November 1 st. Roman Catholics, Episcopalians, and Lutherans used to observe All Hallows Day to honor all Saints in heaven, known, or unknown.
