3. Work  Is done when a force moves an object through a distance. Not Work! Work!

4. Potential Energy  Is stored energy.  The potential energy of an object depends on its mass and position.  The larger an object is, the greater its potential energy.  The higher an object is, the greater its potential energy.

5. Kinetic Energy  Is energy in motion.  The kinetic energy of an object depends on its mass and its speed.  KE also depends on the amount of stored energy (PE) the object has.

6. The more PE an object HAS, the more KE the object WILL have!
