Need to be context-independant as well as context- sensitive. Context means, all the information that helps determine the state of object (a person, a device, a place or other entity tracked by system). 3 n/w can be divided into three major functional area: Core - Internet Edge – internet (combination of various n/w and interworks with one another). Access – Both wireless and wired.
