2 WHY CYCLE II RESULTS ? Cycle II information allows Haddonfield School District to compare its performance to other districts which have similar demographics, as in this Grade 8 GEPA DFG chart.

3 CYCLE II RESULTS 2007: AYP All Schools Made Adequate Yearly Progress 95% Participation Rate AYP Benchmark Targets for 4, 8, 11 Lang. Arts AYP Benchmark Targets for 4, 8, 11 Math Passing rate performance for 2007 exceeded the incremental increase due in spring 2008

4 More good news… District performance remains significantly higher than state performance in all areas District General Education performance surpassed that of other J districts for: –Gr. 3 LA & Math; Gr. 4 LA & Math; Gr. 5 LA; Gr. 6 LA & Math; Gr. 7 LA & Math; Gr. 8 Math & Science; Gr. 11 LA & Math District Special Education performance surpassed that of other J districts for: –Gr. 3 Math; Gr. 4 Science; Gr. 8 LA, Math, & Science; Gr. 11 LA & Math Students scoring Advanced Proficient exceeded 50% of the total number for: –Gr. 3 Math; Gr. 4 Math & Science; Gr. 8 Math & Science; Gr. 11 Math Some schools achieved 98-100% total student rates of proficiency: –Gr. 3 Math Haddon & Tatem: Gr. 4 LA, Math, Science Haddon; Gr. 5 LA & Math Haddon; Gr. 5 LA Tatem; Gr. 11 LA
