K-4 Standards: A3 Keyboarding Grade 1 Identify special keyboard keys: ctrl, alt, del, shift, caps lock, backspace Grade 2 Identify special keyboard keys: ctrl, alt, del, shift, caps lock, backspace Inputs 25+ words into a document and 10+ numbers into a spreadsheet Grade 3 Familiar with most keys on the keyboard – including the numeric keypad and arrow keys Can successfully input a piece of writing in a word processing document with multiple paragraphs Grade 4 Can type at a rate of at least 10 wmp with a maximum of 10 errors
