Cancer Cancer – a disease that occurs when abnormal cells multiply out of control Cancer – a disease that occurs when abnormal cells multiply out of control Tumor – a group of abnormal cells that form a mass Tumor – a group of abnormal cells that form a mass –Benign tumors are NOT cancerous –Malignant tumors ARE cancerous
