5 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP FAA repair station may work on Canadian products if: –Repair station is located in the US –Meets special conditions of the MIP Excludes annual inspections

6 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP TCCA acceptance may not exceed repair station ratings Data approved or acceptable to TCCA Procedures in CRS manuals to meet special conditions for Canadian air carriers

7 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP Use only TCCA approved or accepted parts Major repairs documented on –Form 337 or, –In accordance with Standard 571, App. L

11 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP Special Conditions when working on Canadian Air Carriers: Procedures to ensure: –Major repairs and alterations reported to TCCA –Reporting of serious defects to TCCA –Compliance with MMM or ICA and handling deviations –Training program

12 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP Special Conditions when working on Canadian Air Carriers: A supplement Describing the procedures OR Explain where in the RSM those procedures are located

13 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP Special Conditions Must allow inspection by TCCA Cooperate with investigations or enforcements

14 US-Canada Bilateral/MIP Canadian AMO has similar requirements to work on US products Canadian AMO must have a supplement to work on US air carrier aircraft or parts.
