8. Local police van arrival to control traffic situation on Pune-Mumbai Highway (Vehicle parking around 1km on either side of Hotel on highway) Time: 11.10 am

9. Time: 11.45 am Candidate having experience of 10 years in Chassis Design

10. Everyone standing in queue with chatting regarding current job

11. Time: 12.00 pm “GOLDEN DOOR” Entry gate for Resume submission (For which everyone standing) Finally queue gets disturbed

12. And finally internal security personnel were called to control the situation Time: 12.10 pm

16. Time: 3.30 pm Wait……wait…..& wait. Almost hour past but no company personnel has come.

17. Time: 4.15 pm And finally TML spokesperson with list walks down to gate. Announcement of short listed candidate for personal interview. Around 5-10 resume short listed for each category. ie 150 short listed out of 3500 resume

18. Time: 5. 00 pm Bye…..bye. Not short listed, lets go……. BEST LUCK for short listed candidate. Will meet again next walk-in??
